Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

Clients must cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded.

 

No-shows

Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full amount of the service with no refund available, as the time was specifically reserved for them.

Late Arrivals

Clients arriving late will receive the remaining scheduled session time, but will be charged the full service fee. Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full benefits of your massage.

Service Satisfaction

We strive for complete client satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with our service, please reach out to us. We will address your concerns and may offer a discount on future services or a partial refund, subject to our discretion and after a thorough review of the circumstances.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us with your booking details and reason for the refund within 48 hours of the service. Refund requests will be processed within a week, and clients will be informed of the outcome via email. Please note that refund eligibility is determined after careful consideration of each individual case.
